This has been my absolute favourite so far. I simply quartered a kilo of ripe tomatoes, cut off the core, sprinkled with dried oregano and sprayed with a little olive oil.
I put them evenly throughout the five trays and left them to dry at 55ºC overnight. I didn't rotate the trays but I didn't mind the end result of that with tomatoes. Some are really quite dry and others still have the juiciness of a fresh tomato.
